## Excluded Subcontractors: What to provide in a Wrap

Depending on the [program Sponsor](https://blog.tsibinc.com/wrap-ups-a-closer-look-at-wrap-administration), some subcontractors’ trades are not eligible to enroll and are excluded from the Wrap coverage.
Those [trades typically](https://blog.tsibinc.com/is-enrolling-in-a-wrap-up-optional) are:
- Subcontractors, and any of their respective sub-subcontractors, who do not perform any actual labor on the project site
- Any subcontractor performing structural demolition which is the moving or relocating of load bearing beams, columns, or walls
- Architects, engineers, soil testing engineers, surveyors, and their consultants
- Hazardous materials remediation, removal and/or transport companies and their consultants
- Building implosion subcontractors of any tier, or subcontractors of any tier involved with blasting or the use of explosives
- Any subcontractor of any tier involved with [Exterior Insulation Finishing System](https://www.eima.com/eifs)s (EIFS)
- Vendors, suppliers, fabricators, material dealers, truckers, haulers, drivers, and other who merely transport, pickup, deliver, or carry materials, personnel, parts or equipment or any other items or persons to or from the project site
However, they are still required to submit certain documents/information to the program’s Wrap Administrator. These items include:
COI & Additional Insured Endorsements
A copy of your company’s Certificate of Insurance (COI) and Additional Insured Endorsements (typically the CG 20 10 & CG 20 37 or equivalent is requested) with proper [additional insureds](https://blog.tsibinc.com/why-do-contractors-have-to-provide-additional-insured-endorsements) listed as per the project’s Wrap Manual.
Lower Tier Subcontractors (if applicable)
Following suit of [enrolled subcontractor](https://blog.tsibinc.com/how-to-enroll-stay-compliant-in-a-wrap-program)s, if your company plans to subcontract any portion of the work onsite, subcontractors must be added into the [RMIS](https://tsibinc.com/wrap-ups/risk-management-information-system/) portal. Once added, any subcontractor will be able to complete the enrollment and obtain a policy number provided by the Wrap program, unless your subcontractor’s trade is also excluded.
How to Stay Compliant
As for Excluded Subcontractors, upon expiration of your previous policies, a renewal copy of your company’s COI and Additional Insured Endorsements (with proper additional insureds listed) will be needed.
